Maybe it makes you feel a little bit uncomfortable – most of the companies declare to do anything for their clients. However, if you run a business or work in managerial position, you will definitely notice the truth coming from his words -the greatest visionaries of the business world.
I, as a business owner of BHP Consulting, learn about it every day. Generally, the greatest dream of every businessman is a team that supports you and understands every decision. In my company, this team is not a dream, it is reality. It is particularly evident in difficult, breakthrough moments.
The most recent difficulty was caused by pandemic. Many companies started their way of survival with dismissing their employees. But not us. I’ve promised myself and my team that we would go through it together and no one would have to be fired. That’s when the magic happened. We all have started working together to adapt the business to new reality. We have organized on-line trainings and courses, have prepared health and safety documents and specialized presentations. Today, all those products of our hard work are available in our e-shop, so your employees can have easy access to them. We also expand our service to other countries and number of our foreign clients is increasing.
Why am I telling you this? Certainly, not to show off – although, I am very proud of it. I just would like to make you aware how important are the employees, how important is to make them feel safe and secure. What can you do to make your employees feel this way? You need to start with ensuring they have appropriate working conditions. And that’s where we can help.
