Is the First Aid training mandatory?
It is not. However, they are very popular among our customers.
Why?
Firstly, it is due to greater awareness of how important it is to be able to provide first aid. It is crucial for those workplaces where risk of injury is higher. Employers consider it essential for workplaces with more potential hazards, like fall from a height, contacts with chemicals. It is important for them to know that their employees know how to provide first aid.
Secondly, our customers value the form of our trainings. By using VR technology and by arranging realistic scenes, we make the participants learn not only how to provide first aid, but also how to manage stress and how to talk to the injured person.
What does training on working at heights safely, include?
Working at heights is especially dangerous. Did you know that 27% of fatal accidents in construction are falls from a height?
We would like to contribute to the reduction of these statistics, therefore training we offer include both – theoretical and practical knowledge. It is carried out by professionals who spent many hours as an occupational health and safety investment supervisors and who undergone these trainings themselves. Now they want to share their knowledge with others.
During the training you will gain knowledge on legal regulations, information on personal protective equipment (PPE), risk related to working at heights and a rescue plan.
Who and why should take part in the training on confined spaces?
This training is addressed to owners, managers, employees of businesses where there are confined spaces, such as: manholes, silos, tanks, canals etc.
It does not matter if the employees enter this space once a month or once a year. They are very dangerous from the work point of view.
Did you know that accidents in confined spaces are among the most tragic? Tight space, toxic fumes, poor visibility, stress make not only employees die but also the rescuers. Statistics are very upsetting: 29% of casualties are supervisors/managers and 60% of casualties is rescue mission staff. That means, that if accident happens, person responsible for safe working conditions is most often responsible for loss of life. We want to protect you by offering you this training.
Is this training mandatory? No – therefore it is even more recommended. No one will release you from the responsibility to ensure maximum safety or the responsibility when accident occurs.
Who is it for and what does the ‘ergonomics of office work’ training include?
It is designed for managers and all administrative and office employees. Why is it important?
Office work is not usually associated with danger, which is why we tend to underestimate the basic principles: correct posture, number of hours spent in front of the computer, let alone exercise. Therefore, if you spent several hours a day in front of the computer, this training is for you. You will gain the necessary knowledge which will help you properly organize tour workplace.
How to properly conduct induction training?
Is teaching new employee all the necessary skills related to a new job a challenge? From our experience, this comes to a matter on how to do it quickly and effectively.

Occupational risk assessment – why is it so important?
It is a basic duty of each employer, specified by Labour Code. According to the guideline, every employer is obliged to carry out a risk assessment, properly document it, apply all the necessary preventive measures, inform the employees about occupational risk related to particular work position and about principles of protection against potential hazards.
Therefore, if you hire employees or you are a part of the team responsible for occupational risk assessments in your company and would like to know how to do it quickly and accurately, this training – ‘methodology of occupational risk assessment’- is what you need.
How to equip chemical warehouse, combining legal requirements with practical approach?
If you have contact with hazardous materials on a daily basis, you work in a warehouse, quality department, production or you deal with health and safety issues related to protection of environment, this training will be for you. Its main purpose is to familiarize you with current law regulations and teach you how to verify level of their implementation for audits as per ISO 14001:2015.

Product risk assessment What do we talk about in this training?
We talk about risk assessment versus requirements of new and global approach directives.
Did you know that according to new and global approach directives on mandatory conformity assessment procedure, the manufacturer should prepare technical documentation which should include carrying out and documenting product risk assessment? How to do it? This training will give you an answer. It lasts 6 hours and has two parts: theoretical and practical. Theory part gives knowledge about legal requirements, directives and standards related to conformity assessment procedures. Practical part is completing risk assessment of indicated product. If you are a manufacturer, importer, distributor of products – this training is just for you.

What to do to be able to give your product the CE marking?
If you are a manufacturer, importer or distributor of goods, you certainly know how the CE marking on the product is an important issue. CE mark means that the product meets the legal requirements of the European Union and can be circulated in European single market.
What exactly will you learn? Purpose of this training is to provide trainees with basic knowledge on EU directives related to products. It is mainly based on MD 2006/42/EC, LVD 2014/35/EU, EMC 2014/30/EU, RED 2014/53/EU, NEE 2000/14/EC and RoHS II 2011/65/EU and WEEE II 2012/19/EU which are the main directives on machinery, devices, equipment. It has two parts. First part talks about European new approach system, obligations of parties responsible for product, selected directives, conformity assessment modules, market surveillance system. Second part talks about conformity assessment procedure of the product.

What are the requirements of EcoDesign? Does my product meet those requirements?
If you are a manufacturer, importer or distributor of products and you are looking for information regarding the above, we would like to offer you our training: EcoDesign requirements, what is ErP 2009/125/EC(Energy Related Products Directive), LErP 2010/30/UE (Labelling of Energy Related Products Directive) and FEL 2017/1369 compliance?
This training is in a form of 6-hour long seminar covering theoretical and practical information. To make this training meet your expectations, practical part is a discussion about three products which are indicated by you beforehand.
Theory part focuses on such issues as: general information about EcoDesign compliance, general eco project requirements, specialized documentation according to ErP and LErP/FEL, labelling and product card, revolution: LErP replaced by FEL in 2017. Case study is also discussed.
